1. How to Enter the Contest:
a. The MyLeesburgOnline Cash Give Away contest will begin on February 1st, 2010 at start of business and end on the last day of February 2010 at 10:00pm. The contest will continue on the first day of the following month and end on the last day of the same month and continue to do so until the contest is closed. The contest will continue until MYLEESBURGONLINE determines to end the contest.
b. Limit of one entry per household per location per month.
c. Contestants need to comply with any and all information required by MyLeesburgOnline within the registration form.
2. Eligibility Restrictions:
a. The contest is open to all MyLeesburgOnline visitors who are 18 years of age or older and are a current U.S. Citizen. Employees of MyLeesburgOline and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win.
b. Visitors are eligible to win a MyLeesburgOnline contest only once every 90 days. Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest.
3. Prize:
a. The prize will consist of $50.00 in U.S. currency or any other prize of MyLeesburgOnline'S choosing, to be given one time per drawing.
b. The winner will be drawn randomly within seven days of the end of contest at the MyLeesburgOnline office or at a location to be announced on the contest page determined by MyLeesburgOnline.
c. All prizes or prize certificates will be delivered to a mutually agreed upon location by MYLEESBURGONLINE and the contest winner. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within forty-five days of winning. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its arrival. MyLeesburgOnline is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.
d. Contest prizes are not transferable.
4. Selection of Winners:
a. Decisions of MyLeesburgOnline with respect to the contest are final.
b. Winner selections will be within the first seven days of the following month.
c. (1) Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all of the entries received on the MyLeeburgOnline’S web site (www.myleesburgonline.com) Winner need not be present to win. A MYLEESBURGONLINE staff member will contact winner.
5. Conditions:
a. Payment of all federal, state and local taxes is the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form 1099 or the equivalent.
b. By participating in the contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize.
c. MYLEEBURGONLINE reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, which will become effective upon announcement.
d. No purchase is necessary. The contest is void where prohibited.
e. By entering drawing, the contestants agree to receive future e-mails relating to MYLEESBURGONLINE.
f. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant's disqualification.
g. Copies of the written contest rules are available during regular business hours.
